No Returns Policy
**Final Sale:** All purchases made on our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to fit, color, or style.
**Sizing Information:** To help you make the best choice, we provide detailed sizing charts and descriptions for each bikini. We recommend measuring yourself carefully and consulting our sizing guide before placing your order.
**Defective Items:** If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
**Customer Support:** If you have any questions about fit, style, or care instructions, please reach out to us before making a purchase. We are happy to find a solution!
**Design Update Program**
At Effy the Label were always growing, learning and refining the designs to best fit our customers' needs. We have recently updated construction and materials to our swimwear as part of our ongoing commitment to quality.
If you purchased a Bikini from Feb 20th, 2026- June 28th, 2026, and experienced any issues, we would love for you to enjoy the newest design updates. Simply reach out on our contact form. We'll be happy to determine if whether its eligible for our Design Update Program, which may include a replacement.
